Each summer, La Maison du Chocolat sets out in search of new flavours for the company’s estival collection.
This year the spotlight is on the delicious flavours of Brittany.
Under the direction of Nicolas Cloiseau, La Maison du Chocolat’s newly appointed creative director, the company’s chocolatiers have created a collection of chocolates inspired by some of the region’s sweetest gastronomic specialities.
Un été en Bretagne (a summer in Brittany) features five exquisite chocolates: a velvety smooth milk chocolate ganache, a creamy ganache and silky caramel with a dash of salt, bits of buttery sablé biscuit covered in milk chocolate, delicate crêpe dentelle covered with dark chocolate, and a delicious pairing of dark chocolate and semi-caramelised apple compote.
Available in gift boxes of either 12 or 32 chocolates at La Maison du Chocolat stores in Paris and elsewhere.
