September’s pastry of the month at Ladurée, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, is La Coquette.

Filled with a smooth, bittersweet chocolate crème pâtissière and covered in dark chocolate, this plump chocolate cream puff is sure to satisfy any chocolate lover’s sweet tooth.

La Coquette is the ninth in a series of 12 delectable new pastries to be unveiled by Ladurée in 2012.

Available at Ladurée stores in Paris and elsewhere.
