New at La Maison du Chocolat, “Les Gourmandises” are a collection of crisp and delicate chocolate sticks.

These tasty treats, created by La Maison du Chocolat head chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau, come in dark chocolate and milk chocolate.

The milk chocolate sticks feature almond praliné with tiny bits of grilled and caramelised coconut.

The dark chocolate ones feature either hazelnut praliné mixed with crispy crêpe dentelle, or almond praliné with bits of caramelised biscuit.

Available at La Maison du Chocolat starting September 15, 2012.
