Learn techniques for making a variety of Ladurée chocolates and pastries.
Les Marquis de Ladurée is offering chocolate- and pastry-making workshops from now through mid-December.
Two themes are offered: Féérie au chocolat, which covers chocolate pastries such as religieuses, éclairs and tarte au chocolat; and Trésor de chocolat, which includes chocolate bonbons and truffles.
Featured recipes include Bonbon Praliné Noisette, Religieuse Coco, Bonbon Troublant, Bouchée Guimauve, Eclair Tout Chocolat, Tarte Chocolat Tout Chocolat and many other goodies.
Workshops are held Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at Les Marquis de Ladurée, 14, rue de Castiglione, 75002 Paris. Each three-hour session is limited to a maximum of nine students.
