Artisan chocolatier Christian Rizzotto’s hand-crafted chocolates rival those of the most famous names in French chocolate.
In his chocolate shop located in the Batignolles district, Monsieur Rizzotto likes to experiment to come up with flavour combinations that work perfectly.
For example, there’s his basil-, mint- or tarragon-infused ganaches, or those incorporating fresh fruits like black currants, raspberries, figs, apricots and cherries.
In all, the shop features 150 different flavours of ganaches and pralines.
