For Valentine’s Day, La Maison du Chocolat‘s Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau has created a delicately sweet and flavourful chocolate and caramel collection.
Chef Cloiseau’s tasty collection features gourmand savoir-faire, revealed through a touch of fruit, the crunch of praliné, or the unexpected hint of sugar.
The elegance of rich, smooth caramel is a revelation in these chocolates, with reinvented notes that push the limits of how caramel is perceived. The innovative caramel blends balance each other to create a harmonious taste sensation.
Crunchy heart is a blend of both crunchy and silky textures. A crunchy heart of dark chocolate featuring praliné and Piedmont hazelnuts is enriched with slivers of finely caramelised biscuits.
Caramel fusion is a milk chocolate ganache with well-rounded notes provided by a Rooibos red tea infusion tempered by maple syrup and its woody and honey tones.
Fruity revelation is a lively dark chocolate ganache imbued with pineapple from Costa Rica and fresh ginger.
And finally, Woody accent is a dark chocolate ganache of Venezuelan pure cru Criollo featuring a rich cocoa flavour with accents of delicate woody caramel and lingering notes of roasted cacoa beans.
