Sébastien Gaudard: Easter bells and chocolate fish

Paris pastry chef Sébastien Gaudard, whose vintage-style Pâtisserie des Martyrs is known for classic French pastries, cakes and chocolates, has put together a traditional collection of French Easter goodies: chocolate Easter bells, hens, eggs and fish, and chocolate mousse desserts and sponge cakes.

His beautifully handcrafted winged chocolate bells are made of 68 per cent single origin Ghanaian dark chocolate and 39 per cent milk chocolate, featuring spicy notes and intense aromas of cocoa.
