Spring is in the air at La Maison du Chocolat. Chef Nicolas Cloiseau’s beautifully handcrafted Easter chocolate collection features a field of chocolate daisies soaking up the sun!
In this latest holiday creation, Chef Cloiseau has imagined a world where flowers bloom from Easter eggs. He draws luminous petals, sculpts arms waving in mid-air, paints lips bright red, and trims moustaches. Nature comes to life in a chocolate maze of Easter eggs, ladybugs and colourful blossoms.
Bellis perennis, also known as the common daisy or Easter daisy (pâquerette), is one of several flowers traditionally associated with Easter, symbolising purity and calm. La Maison du Chocolat’s delicate Easter daisies are made of milk and dark chocolate and are all filled with delicious praliné eggs and chocolate fishes.
