Since it founding in 2014 by two young chocolatiers, Edwin Yasané and Arthur Heinze, Edwart Chocolatier has quickly built a reputation for its high-end ingredients and unusual flavour combinations.
Among the house specialities are Taj Majal, a slightly salty bonbon that incorporates Indian curry, and Yoichi, a singular ganache that blends Japanese whisky with the woodsy flavour of single-origin Brazilian chocolate.
Edwart Chocolatier offers chocolate making workshops at its Rue de Rivoli location.
