Pierre Couderc’s house specialities include a wide selection of chocolate pastries, including the Guanaja dome, featuring a chocolate mousse on a delicate chocolate genoise, covered in a ganache made with 70 per cent cacao Valrhona chocolate.

The shop also offers excellent ice cream.
