Michel Richart’s beautifully decorated jewel-like chocolates come in neat white boxes that bring out the rich colors and textures of their precious contents.

His clean, minimalist “designer” boutique, in the upscale part of the Boulevard Saint-Germain, showcases the special “collections” that he brings out every year.

Reflecting the “design and chocolate” concept, they feature dazzling motifs and colors placed on the surface of each bonbon.

These gourmet chocolate treats come in more than 130 different flavors in seven different categories: balsamic, citrus, floral, fruity, herbal, roasted and spiced.

Richart even offers a selection of chocolates specially geared towards the palates of children, to help them get acquainted with “real” chocolate.

Speciality: “Au jardin des Héspérides” – Venezuelan Criollo ganache with grapefruit pulp
