A smooth and luscious, melt-in-your-mouth dessert

Ingredients
- 175 grams (6 ounces) superior-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
- 500 ml (2 cups) whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries, blueberries or mango cubes
Directions
- Place whipping cream and white chocolate pieces in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour mixture into bowl and allow to cool. When completely cool, cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, until thoroughly cold and thickened.
- Using an electric mixer, beat at highest setting until just light and fluffy. Take care not to overbeat mixture or it will curdle.
- Pour into dessert cups and garnish with fresh berries or mango cubes.
