White Chocolate Mousse

A smooth and luscious, melt-in-your-mouth dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Yield: 6 servings


  • 175 grams (6 ounces) superior-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries, blueberries or mango cubes


  1. Place whipping cream and white chocolate pieces in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  2. Pour mixture into bowl and allow to cool. When completely cool, cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, until thoroughly cold and thickened.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat at highest setting until just light and fluffy. Take care not to overbeat mixture or it will curdle.
  4. Pour into dessert cups and garnish with fresh berries or mango cubes.
