Located on the ground floor of the Printemps department store, Café Pouchkine is known for its fabulous assortment of stunning Russian pastries, buttery viennoiseries and thick hot chocolate.
Russian desserts such as Médovick Tort (honey cake), gâteau de Prague (rich chocolate cake with apple marmalade), Tvorog almond and poppy seed roll, and Pirojkis (small sweet or savoury filled pastries), are displayed alongside classic French pâtisseries such as macarons and éclairs.
The house speciality is the Paris-Moscou, a liqueur-infused caramel cake.
Head Pastry Chef Emmanuel Ryon (Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000) also oversees the legendary Pâtisserie Café Pouchkine in Moscow.
The shop is a favourite among Parisians and the Russian community in Paris.
