Choco au Carré was opened by chocolatier and pastry chef Jean-Pierre Rodrigues in February 2017.  Trained at Ecole Grégoire Ferrandi, Chef Rodrigues worked for Pierre Hermé, Fauchon and Patrick Roger before opening his own shop.  His signature chocolates are cubes that come in an array of flavours and designs
