Ingredients
- 200 grams (7 ounces) bitter-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) light cream (18 per cent butter fat)
- 3 tablespoons liqueur (optional)
- Assorted pieces of fresh fruit
Directions
- Place the chocolate pieces and cream in a saucepan over low heat and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Add liqueur and stir well. If liqueur is omitted, stir in an additional 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of cream.
- Pour into a serving dish or fondue pot.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
