ChocoLatitudes was founded in 2006 by Laurence Alemanno, a former researcher in cocoa biotechnologies at France’s CIRAD (agricultural research centre).

It is a chocolate concept store that combines chocolate shop, salon de thé, chocolate workshops and other special events (organised in French, English or Spanish).

The focus is on fair trade chocolate and sustainable organic agriculture.
