Fouquet (no relation to the restaurant of the same name) was founded in 1852 on rue Lafitte. It is one of Paris’s oldest sweets shops.
The Chambeau-Mimard family took over the business in the early 1900s, and it has remained in their hands ever since, passing from one generation to another.
The second store, on rue François 1er, was opened in 1928.
The shops, filled with traditional confections, chocolates, caramels, fruit jellies, candied fruits, jams, honey, tea and coffee and so much more, still have their old-world décor and atmosphere.
Frédéric Chambeau and Catherine Vaz have been at the helm since 2004, when Frédéric decided to leave his career as an engineer to devote himself to the family business.

We visit Paris quite often, and when we are there, I always seek to purchase your caramels, which I adore. How can I purchase them online?
Thank you.
