This cosy pâtisserie, chocolaterie and salon de thé offers a selection of pastries, cakes and viennoiseries, as well as artisanal chocolates, gourmet teas, fruit jellies, marzipan confections and other goodies.
The focus is on regional specialities from the Lorraine region in eastern France.
Le Valentin’s chocolates are made with Valrhona chocolate. Among the house specialities are Darjeeling tea-infused ganaches, chocolate-dipped candied orange peel, pavés grand marniers, hazelnut pralinés and rochers.
Le Valentin is located near the Musée Grévin, inside the wonderful passage Jouffroy, a historic covered passageway built in 1845.
