Chocolatier Michel Violette makes most of the chocolates in his laboratory just outside of Paris, while Danielle Joseph makes other goodies in-store and manages the boutique on avenue Simon Bolivar.

The shop offers more than 60 kinds of chocolates as well as seasonal collections.
