Founded by Sandra Mielenhausen and Nicolas Rozier-Chabert, Plaq is one of Paris’s newest bean-to-bar chocolate factories. The duo’s signature bars are made from only two ingredients: pure single origin cacao beans and organic cane sugar. The store offers a variety of hand-made chocolate bars, chocolate pastries and hot chocolate.
