Clotilde Dusoulier, author of Chocolate and Zucchini (Broadway, 2007), will be talking about her book and signing copies at WHSmith in Paris on November 17, 2009, starting at 7 p.m.
The event marks the release of the English-language edition of the French cooking classic, Ginette Mathiot’s I Know how to Cook as well as the sixth anniversary of Dusoulier’s best-selling book, which presents the author’s “lighter-than-traditional” approach to French cooking and desserts.
