French online tea retailer Les Thés de Constance and organic cake and pastry specialists Marlette will be in Paris as a tea and cake “pop-up store” from May 21 to June 26.

Les Thés de Constance specialises in exotic single-origin teas from around the world. Marlette, an Ile de Ré-based “bio gourmand” company, makes high-end organic dry ingredient mixes for gourmet breads and pastries.

The temporary store, at 28, rue Charlot in the 3rd arrondissement, will combine cake-making workshop, tea room and sales area.

According to the organisers, Marlette’s organic chocolate fondant cake will be among the goodies on offer, along with gingerbread with zest of orange, black tea from China, Oolong from Taiwan and lots of other teas and cakes.

Tastings and sales will be held seven days a week throughout the month-long opening.
