As it has for the last five years, the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau is once again holding its popular “Paris Romantique” Saint Valentine’s Day-themed campaign, featuring special offers and promotions throughout the month of February.
The campaign includes discounts for restaurants, tours, hotels, and theatres as well as some yummy freebies!
As in previous years, Pierre Hermé chocolate and pastry shops will be giving away free goodies on presentation of a complimentary gift card issued by the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Cards may be picked up at the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau office on rue des Pyramides (1st arr.) beginning February 1, 2012. Take them to Pierre Hermé shops in Paris from February 7 to 14, 2012 to receive a scrumptious gift (hint: think macarons!).
Special gift cards can also be presented at L’Occitane en Provence perfume shops between February 1 and 29 for gifts and discounts.
Among the other tasty events worth noting is a free 1.5-hour Saint Valentine’s Day guided chocolate walk with Meeting the French (limited to ten participants). Registration is required. For more information about this event, click here.
