Another delicious summer treat from La Maison du Chocolat, “le tube de l’été” is a sleek chocolate pastry bursting with the textures and flavours of tasty seasonal fruits and succulent dark chocolate.

This luscious dessert is filled with a dark chocolate mousse and a tangy hibiscus-flavoured fruit jelly made with a compote of red currants, strawberries, wild strawberries and cranberries.

The base is a buttery Breton sablé biscuit.
