Gourmet chocolate museum opens in Paris

Paris now has its very own chocolate museum. Choco-Story, “the gourmet chocolate museum,” officially opened on February 5. The museum retraces the 4,000-year-old history of cocoa through displays and artefacts and explains chocolate-making techniques with demonstrations and tastings. Paris’s celebrated “Picasso of Pastry” is set to open a pâtisserie in London’s Knightsbridge district in 2010, possibly as early as this spring.
