La Maison du Chocolat has put together a stellar collection of chocolate creations for this year’s holiday season!
Created under the direction of chef Nicolas Cloiseau, these festive goodies combine the magic of Christmas with stunning chocolate artistry.
From a star-studded chocolate bûche de Noël to fruit- and nut-filled chocolate stars and a striking chocolate Christmas tree, this year’s Christmas collection is sure to delight fans of the legendary Paris chocolate shop founded by chocolatier Robert Linxe.
Bûche Constellation is composed of tender dacquoise cake infused with the zest of Corsican clementines, dark chocolate mousse made with cacao from the Dominican Republic, tender milk chocolate and caramel ganache, thin sheets of dark chocolate, chocolate génoise and milk and gold-leaf-covered dark chocolate stars. (6/8 servings)
Etoile de Noël (Christmas star) consists of two hand-chiselled chocolate stars filled with mendiant nuts and fruit (Valencia almonds, Sicilian pistachios and pecans) embedded in smooth milk chocolate. (15 cm, 135 grams)
Sapin Celeste (celestial tree) is a double layered hand-chiselled chocolate tree covered with milk and dark chocolate stars garnished with mendiant nuts and fruits embedded in milk chocolate and decorated with tiny gold-leaf covered chocolate stars. (90 cm, 3.75 kg)
Sapin Celeste and Etoile de Noël are available at La Maison du Chocolat starting December 4. Bûche Constellation will be available in the company’s Paris stores on December 24 and 25 only.
